Practice Manager

Naomi is responsible for the strategic management of the practice. Her role is extremely broad, covering the overall general management of the practice. This includes practice development, human resource management, communication and training, health & safety and financial control to name just a few areas of responsibility.

Operations Manager

Working alongside the Practice Manager and GP Partners, Alison is in charge of managing the day-to-day running of Spa Medical Centre.

Alison is passionate about providing excellent patient care and works hard with the team to maintain a great experience for everyone.

Compliance Manager

Gaynor has a wealth of knowledge and experience having previously been the Practice Manager for Spa Medical Centre. This enables her to support our clinicians in delivering first class healthcare. Gaynor supports the Practice Manager and GP Partners with policy and compliance management.
