1. Follow the A350 signposted to Melksham
2. Turn right at the roundabout and proceed along Western Way
3. At the next roundabout turn left
4. Proceed to the next roundabout and take the 3rd exit into Snowberry Lane
5. Take the 1st turning on the right into Spa Medical Centre

From Chippenham

1. Follow the A350 signposted to Melksham
2. When you reach the roundabout take the 2nd turning and proceed along Western Way
3. Proceed to the next roundabout and take 2nd turning
4. Proceed to the next roundabout and turn left
5. Proceed to the next roundabout and turn left again
6. Proceed to the small roundabout and turn right into Snowberry Lane
7. Take the 1st turning on the right into Spa Medical Centre

From Bath

1. Follow the A365 towards Melksham
2. Proceed along Bath Road
3. Turn right at the traffic lights
4. Proceed to the roundabout and take the 2nd exit and follow signs for the A350
5. Proceed along Western Way
6. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit
7. Proceed to the next roundabout and take the 1st turning left
8. Proceed to the next roundabout and take the 1st turning left
9. Proceed to the next roundabout and take the 3rd exit (right) into Snowberry Lane
10. Take the 1st turning on the right into Spa Medical Centre

Parking

Spa Medical Centre has a car park at the front of the building reserved for patients only while attending the surgery. Patients are reminded that parking in the Medical Centre is at their own risk. There is disabled parking at the front of the main entrance, please ensure these spaces are left for our disabled patients.
